RAS Among 10 Island Manufacturers to Receive Provincial Funding

Ron Anderson & Sons Ltd. (RAS) is one of 10 Vancouver Island manufacturers selected to receive a share of $5 million through the BC Manufacturing Jobs Fund. RAS will receive up to $2 million to expand its Chemainus facility, enabling the production of prefabricated floors, walls, and stairs.. This expansion is expected to create 35 full-time jobs and support the province’s housing goals by increasing the supply of wood-frame housing.
